Use to be really good place to get rims and recently sold out and the company now sucks and so did the rep I talked to about the rims I received! I spent over $300 a rim and only to find out that they don’t recondition the entire rim anymore! My rims all looked like they just came off a vehicle on the back side and there were dents on the face! When I called the lady I talked to acted like shouldn’t have been surprised and when I said that was the last set I’d get from them she said” ok; that’s fine”!

when ordering a product and getting it shipped overnight for a customer waiting from out of town, then finding out it wont be here till monday . this will be the 3rd time Blackburn has failed on customer service and the excuse I got was we were bought out and the new company does not focus on customer service like it used to be thanks for nothing

Paint on the front back of the rim was terrible went to have it put on my car the tire place said the rim was so bent had to have five wheel weights do not buy from this company had to send the rim back what a wast of time and money guess they don’t check there rims before they send them off just paint right over top of them !!!!

Website says "no inverntory is too large." Well, apparently their inventory is too large for my 2020 Hyundai wheels. They had no interest, didn't even make an offer. At least you can look forward to a lowball offer from other resalers out there.

Needed my rim restored due to it having a bend in it causing it to shimmy bad and leak air. Took it to blackburns wheels and they restored my wheel to BRAND new! Great service and communication! Highly recommended!

Does not honor any refunds and most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Told me "they would lose money" if they took it back instead me the customer loses money .Company's a joke look elsewhere for OEM rims
